⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Do not make false claims. Submitting false DMCA notices may result in legal consequences under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

  • We may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content upon valid notice.

  • We may notify the content owner and provide them with a chance to submit a counter-notification if they believe the content was removed in error.

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notice including:

  1. Your name, address, phone number, and email.

  2. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Madhya Pradesh, India.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.

  4. A description of the content and its location before removal.

  5. Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the content unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days.

Simpli Education reserves the right to terminate user accounts involved in repeated or severe copyright violations.
